Shipping

Orders are shipped from Japan.

Due to current global situations, including ongoing conflicts in certain regions, significant shipping delays may occur in some areas.

A tracking number will be provided after shipment.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, refusal, or incorrect address provided by the buyer, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Returns

We only accept returns and refunds in the case of defective or incorrect items due to our error.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal preference.

Return or replacement requests must be made within 8 days of delivery.

Proof of delivery based on the shipping carrier's tracking information will determine the delivery date.

Chargeback Policy

Any chargeback requests not related to our error will be disputed with full documentation, including tracking information, order details, and communication records.
